Processing Time (Same-Day Dispatch Service)

Now offering same-day dispatch on all orders until 12 pm. All orders received prior to the cutoff time will be dispatched on the same day, ensuring faster delivery to you. This service is available on weekdays only and only when all items ordered are in stock. Otherwise, we aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We use an overnight delivery service for shipping orders within New Zealand. Once dispatched, tracking information will be automatically sent via email, along with subsequent updates.

1. Urban Area Delivery: $7.89 or Free for orders over $80

  • North Island urban addresses: within 1-2 business days
  • South Island urban addresses: within 2-3 business days

2. Rural Area Delivery: $10.89 or $4.00 for orders over $80

  • All Rural Addresses: within 3-5 business days

Please note that courier delivery is not available on weekends and public holidays.

International Shipping (Australia)

We offer two shipping options for orders to Australia:

1. Standard Shipping: $12.90 AUD

  • Standard shipping using Australia Post and New Zealand Post
  • Delivery: 5-10 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $100 AUD.
  • Free Standard Shipping Upgrade: Just add $22 to upgrade from free standard shipping to priority express shipping.

2. Priority Express Shipping: $32.00 AUD

  • Priority Express Shipping via DHL Express
  • Delivery: Overnight in metro locations, including New South Wales (Sydney), Victoria (Melbourne), Australian Capital Territory, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and other areas across Australia. The rest of Australia will receive their orders within 1-5 days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Track your order using the provided tracking number.

Undeliverable Packages

The tracking tool will indicate "Undeliverable" when the provided address is incorrect, or if the courier driver fails to access your property. Customers can request to redirect their parcel through the tracking tool if the address provided was incorrect. For access issues, please contact our courier partner’s Customer Care Centre.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost packages once they have been handed over to the courier. Customers are encouraged to contact the courier directly to file a claim in such cases. Damaged or leaked items during delivery will be replaced upon providing evident proof.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned due to non-delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
